For a successful return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. This means you can try it on or test it out, but it must be in new condition. Items like personal care products and undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check our guidelines carefully before making a decision. We include a prepaid return label in every order, making it easy for you to return items at no extra cost.

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. This typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method. If you made a purchase using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to that card. However, if you have questions at any stage, our customer support team is available to assist you.
